Terms and Conditions

Noble Business Advisors and Tax Consultants Inc. (formerly W. Stevens LLP)

Effective Date: July 24, 2026

These Text Messaging Terms and Conditions govern the text messaging program operated by Noble Business Advisors and Tax Consultants Inc. (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By providing your mobile phone number and consenting to receive text messages from us, you agree to these terms.

About our websites. We own and operate two internet domains. wstevenscpa.com is our legacy domain, retained from when the firm operated under the name W. Stevens LLP, and it automatically forwards to noblebusinessadvisors.com, which is our current active website. Both domains are owned and operated by the same business entity. These Terms are published on noblebusinessadvisors.com and can be reached from either address.

1. Program Description

Our text messaging program allows us to communicate with clients and prospective clients about their accounts, engagements, and requested services. Messages you may receive include:

  • Appointment confirmations, reminders, and scheduling changes
  • Requests for documents, records, or signatures needed to complete your engagement
  • Notifications that a document is ready for your review or signature
  • Updates on the status of a tax return, filing, or other engagement
  • Responses to questions or requests you have submitted to our office
  • Notices about filing deadlines or information we need from you

We do not send marketing or promotional text messages as part of this program.

2. How to Enroll

You may consent to receive text messages from us by:

  • Providing your mobile phone number and agreeing to text communication in an engagement letter
  • Completing a client intake form that includes a text messaging consent option
  • Submitting your mobile phone number through a contact or request form on our website with the applicable consent checkbox selected
  • Requesting text communication directly with a member of our staff

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from us. You may decline text messaging and still receive all of our services through phone, email, mail, or our client portal.

We do not purchase mobile phone numbers and we do not obtain text messaging consent from third-party sources.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency may vary. The number of messages you receive depends on your engagement with our firm and the time of year, and will generally be higher during tax filing season.

4. Cost

Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge for text messages, but your mobile carrier may charge you for sending or receiving messages depending on your plan. Contact your carrier for details about your plan.

5. How to Opt Out

You may stop receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us.

After you send STOP, you may receive one final message confirming that your request has been processed. You will not receive further text messages from us unless you provide new consent.

You may also opt out by contacting our office directly using the information in Section 10.

Opting out of text messages will not affect your ability to receive our services or to communicate with us by phone, email, mail, or our client portal.

6. How to Get Help

Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or contact our office directly using the information in Section 10.

7. Supported Carriers and Delivery

Text messaging is available through most major U.S. mobile carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and to factors outside our control. We cannot guarantee that every message will be delivered, and you should not rely on text messaging as the exclusive means of receiving time-sensitive information about your engagement.

8. Confidentiality

Text messaging is not a secure channel. We limit text messages to scheduling, status updates, and general requests, and we do not send sensitive tax or financial information by text. Do not send Social Security numbers, account numbers, tax documents, or other confidential information to us by text message. Use our secure client portal or contact our office for a secure method of transmitting documents.

9. Privacy

Mobile phone numbers, text messaging opt-in data, and consent records collected through this program are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We do not share customer mobile phone numbers with third parties. We do not sell, lease, rent, trade, or otherwise disclose customer mobile phone numbers, text messaging opt-in data, or consent records to third parties or affiliates for any purpose. Mobile phone numbers are transmitted only as necessary to the licensed messaging platform and mobile carriers that deliver our messages on our behalf; those providers are not permitted to use the information for their own purposes.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All categories of information exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
